"Coexistence with Coyotes"

You are invited to join us for a free presentation and discussion with Lesley Sampson, internationally renowned coyote expert and co-founder of Coyote Watch Canada. "Coexistence with Coyotes" will take place on March 22 from 6-8 p.m., at Huth Road Elementary School (1773 Huth Road) on Grand Island.

As coyote sightings may increase January through May, so might coyote-human interactions. By understanding coyote behavior and ecology and by applying common sense and using proven coyote hazing techniques, we can minimize potential conflicts and appreciate the wildlife diversity that is within our environment.

Learn from Lesley Sampson, who frequently consults with members of the public, nature organizations, animal service agencies, law enforcement, educational institutions, government agencies, and municipalities that are developing Coyote Coexistence Plans.

This event is being co-sponsored by Animal Advocates of WNY, Citizen Coalition for Wildlife & Environment, and Coyote Watch Canada.
